I am impressed with your professional handling of this entire transaction, from your Internet site right through the entire process and ultimate return of the film along with the finished tapes. I have since had the opportunity to view about half of the almost 4,000 feet I had transferred and was delightfully surprised: The quality is far better than anything I expected for an end result.
